Due to the nature of raw hair products, texture, color tones, and wave patterns may vary slightly, which is normal for authentic raw hair.
Orders
By placing an order through dolledupcollections.store, you agree that:
Dolled Up Collections reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of store policies.
Pre-Orders
Unless products are specifically advertised as on-hand inventory, all orders placed on our website are considered pre-orders.
Pre-orders allow us to source luxury raw hair directly from our vendors.

Seattle Pick-Up:
7–8 business days
Out-of-State Orders:
8–9 business days
Tracking numbers are typically provided within 3–4 business days after the order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Dolled Up Collections is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final.
Dolled Up Collections does not offer refunds or returns.
Exchanges are only permitted if an error was made on our behalf.
Items must remain:
Any hair that has been installed, washed, colored, combed, brushed, or removed from the bundle ties cannot be exchanged.
