At Dolled Up Collections, we are committed to providing the highest quality single-donor raw Vietnamese and raw Indian hair on the market.
Order Processing
Unless items are specifically advertised as on-hand, all orders are considered pre-orders.
On-Hand Orders
All on-hand orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment, Monday through Friday.
Pre-Orders
Any order that is not on-hand will be processed and shipped within 7–14 business days.
Please note that tracking information is typically sent within 3–4 business days after your order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please note that shipping timeframes may vary depending on destination, carrier movement, and transit conditions. While many orders may arrive sooner, some orders may take closer to the full 7–14 business day timeframe.
Carrier Disclaimer
Dolled Up Collections is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped and received by the carrier, including delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
Delays
During major sales, federal holidays, natural disasters, weather issues, or carrier delays, please allow up to 21 business days for orders to be processed and delivered.
