Refunds, Returns & Exchanges



At Dolled Up Collections, we take pride in providing the highest quality single-donor raw Vietnamese and raw Indian hair on the market. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.


We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and processed.

Exchanges



Exchanges are only permitted if an error was made on our behalf.


To qualify for an exchange:


  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused
  • Bundle ties must remain intact
  • Hair must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required



Any hair that has been installed, altered, washed, combed, brushed, colored, or removed from the bundle ties does not qualify for an exchange.


Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your replacement item will be shipped out and tracking will be provided.
